CSD is an Architectural Consultancy based in Alloa, Clackmannanshire. Since the inaugural project in 2018, CSD has worked with a variety of clients and professionals on a range of Domestic and Non-Domestic projects including New Builds, Extensions, Alterations, Renovations, Conversions, Conservation and Large Developments.

Craig Stephens set up his own consultancy in 2018 while still at University. Having spent nearly four years at established Architect and Conservation Consultant, Pollock Hammond Limited, Craig set up on his own with his first project being his uncle’s extension. Craig continued to work Freelance while completing his Postgraduate Degree. Upon completing his education, Craig decided to not go back into employment but instead establish CSD as an exciting new Architectural Practice that grow and develop under his principles.

At CSD we implement a model based on autonomy, transparency and consistency. We implement a three-stage process: Feasibility, Developed Design, and Delivery. This simplified approach places emphasis on the early stages of a project where we can establish and consolidate a design proposal and the project budget from the beginning.

We are experts in 3d Modelling, 2d Photorealistic Rendering, and Interactive 4d scene creation. With over ten years of experience, we have nurtured our process of using modern technology to simplify the design process, while making it more interactive and meaningful to the client. At CSD, our clients can interact with and explore a range of design options in the early stages, from the comfort of their own home – either by computer, tablet, phone or VR.
